“Thanks for all your hard work with Rebecca Kivlin. She has started Milton Cross this week. Rebecca is in the top set for maths and science, and the second group for everything else. Without coming to Love to Learn she would never have achieved this. Thanks”
Julie Powell
She loves coming, and sees that it helps her at school. Her scores are going up all the time and recently she got three class awards in three weeks, she says this is ‘Thanks to you.

We are so pleased that Mahera has got a FULL BURSARY for the local girl’s high school in Portsmouth. She has been to your centre before for tuition but we came back in November so she could get ready for the exams. She has worked so hard and Linda has really encouraged her in her writing! Thanks so much!

“Dear Howard
Thank you so much for all these lessons you’ve been giving me! They really have improved my work at school and now I can put all your help to good use with my SATs. Thank you so much for everything! From Lewis”
Lewis (student)
We were super happy with your approach and B settled in so well. She looked forward to the tutoring and got a lot out of the sessions. Without a doubt her confidence has grown and I wouldn’t hesitate to use I Love to Learn again in the future.
Many thanks,
Cat
We are Super Happy!
She is a quiet girl and I was concerned that her poor spelling was not being corrected. When she saw the progress Bella was making in such a short time, I enrolled her for Maths as well! It has transformed her thinking and she now has the self-esteem to ask questions in both numeracy and literacy.
Ms R Temple
I would like to thank you for everything that you have done, and also pass on my gratitude from Lottie because she has learnt she has really benefited from and her confidence in maths has vastly improve, so much so that she now tells me that she looks forward to maths class at school!

I was told at school that Harrison had fallen about 2 years behind in reading, writing and spelling.
Harrison took to it straight away. He has made fantastic progress and is meeting all his targets. He loves the points and prizes that he collects for working so he comes out buzzing after every session!
Mrs S McGee
Firstly, I would like to thank yourselves and your staff for all your help and dedication to helping my daughter Saoirse with her maths. She has shown an improvement with her confidence at attempting to handle the mathematics she is give by her school. And I feel this is due to the staff at your centre, she had a very rough year in Year 4, with her very unsympathetic teacher and you all helped her through that. For that I’m very grateful.
Mrs R Wall
She says “I Love to Learn Now!”
Mariana brought her daughter to us as she was having a few problems with maths at school. She liked it so much that now she comes for English as well! Mariana says that now “She is more confident with math now and she’s coming to I Love to Learn for pleasure. She is very happy with her teacher, she says she is very kind and patient.”

11 Plus And Entrance Exams
We have developed an 11 Plus and Entrance Exam offering that is tailored to suit the schools in your local area. We want every child to reach their potential and do their very best in school, and our tuition is the best possible support on your child’s journey into grammar school.
Our specialist course can help your child prepare for entrance to the following local schools:
We give every child a free assessment to gauge their level of ability. After that we will plan a unique programme to challenge and stretch them. Eleven plus students need to produce interesting and creative English written work with good grammar and vocabulary. The maths required is also of a higher than average standard, and needs to show mastery. With our many years of experience we can advise you on how we can best help your child reach this standard.
We don’t believe in simply ‘teaching to a test’ – after all, the test is the very beginning of your child’s journey into their secondary career. To support your child in the run up to, during and once they have made the transition to secondary education, we can continue to support them with the new challenges they face.
What Do Our Parents Say?
“My daughter started attending I Love to Learn at the beginning of the summer, she had fallen behind due to the lockdown and had lost her confidence in her maths work and also finding it embarrassing at school when having to read out her scores. I am absolutely amazed by how quickly she had caught up and how her confidence had started coming back, she wasn’t dreading school anymore, she would willingly be getting on and doing her I Love to Learn homework way in advance for the next session, and she was also excited to go back the following week. I just want to say thank you as in the short amount of time she was there she has improved massively with her maths. Everyone there showed such patience and helped her so much. As we moved house I had to stop and my daughter really misses it. ” Kayleigh Nutbeam (parent)
